Welcome to Little Guests Concierge (“LGC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Little Guests Concierge website located at www.littleguestsconcierge.com (“Site”), as well as your purchase and use of any Little Guests Concierge Adventure Kits or related products (“Products”).

By accessing our Site or purchasing any Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase our Products.

1. Overview of Services

Little Guests Concierge offers curated, screen-free Adventure Kits designed for travel with young children. Our Products are developed for entertainment and educational purposes only and not as medical, safety, or therapeutic tools.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of our Products or Site at any time.

2. Eligibility

To make a purchase through our Site, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Provide accurate and complete account/order information

  • Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement

Purchases made on behalf of minors must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.

3. Product Information & Availability

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, details, dimensions, and imagery. However:

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.

  • Product availability is subject to change.

  • We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value if necessary (for example, due to supply constraints).

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

4. Shipping Policy

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states via USPS.

Shipping Methods

  • USPS Ground Advantage: Typically 2–5 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail: Typically 1–3 business days

Shipping timelines are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other external factors beyond our control.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking once your order has been sent.

5. Risk of Loss

All Products are shipped FOB origin. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. Little Guests Concierge is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “Delivered.”

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Adventure Kit. Please review our full policy below.

6.1 Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • All components, inserts, and discovery envelopes are intact

  • Proof of purchase is provided

We reserve the right to deny a refund for items that do not meet these conditions.

6.2 Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at help@littleguestsconcierge.com. Unauthorized returns (including those sent back without approval) may not be accepted.

Unless the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

6.3 Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6.4 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items may be designated as non-returnable, which will be noted on the product page.

6.5 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 business days with photos of the issue. We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including logos, illustrations, product names, designs, copy, icons, packaging, and photography — is the exclusive property of Little Guests Concierge and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site or Products without written permission.

8. Third-Party Disclaimer

Little Guests Concierge is an independent company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in partnership with any third-party entity referenced on the Site or in our Products, including but not limited to product manufacturers, toy brands, airlines, airports, TSA, or any other regulatory authority. Any mention of third-party names, brands, trademarks, guidelines, or standards is for descriptive purposes only and does not imply any form of association or approval. All third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and store your information. By using the Site, you consent to our data practices.

10. Safety Notice

Our Products are curated for specific age groups (6–18 months, 18 months–3 years, 3–5 years). Adult supervision is required at all times.

Products are not intended to be used in place of:

  • Infant safety devices

  • Medical tools

  • Sleep aids

  • Products designed for unsupervised use

Little Guests Concierge is not liable for misuse of Products.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Guests Concierge is not liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits, data, or business

  • Injuries resulting from misuse or unsupervised use of our Products

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the Product in question.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

13. User Accounts & Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Interfere with the operation of the Site

  • Attempt unauthorized access

  • Misuse content or intellectual property

  • Submit false or misleading information

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violating these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Albany County, New York.
