Little Guests Concierge LLC and Parties Renting Equipment (“Renter”) Agree to the Following Terms & Conditions
Renter and Reservation Requirements
Renter must be at least 18 years old.
Payment of the total rental price is required at time of booking to confirm the reservation. This amount may be refundable, please see Cancellation Policy
A rental must be for a minimum of two days (one night) and a maximum of 21 days.
Request for Services on Behalf of a (Renter). If you are a hotel or other provider of accommodations and you are making a reservation on behalf of a guest (renter), you are required to provide us with the renter’s name, email address and payment information so that we can ensure that the renter is made aware of and agrees to these Terms.
Rental and Delivery
All items are subject to availability. Items pictured may not be the same in color, style, brand or size as the one received. Rental deliveries and pick-ups are available within a 30 mile radius of Saratoga Springs, zip code 12866. All rental equipment deliveries and pick-ups are made between the hours of 9am and 6pm. We do our best to have all equipment delivered and set up prior to arrival; however some establishments may not allow us to deliver directly to the room or rental unit. In these cases we will have the rental items waiting at the concierge desk (or other specified location that we will communicate to the Renter). If delivery is made after check-in, every attempt will be made to deliver the items to the room.
Pickup of items must be coordinated by the Renter or whomever booked the reservation on the Renter’s behalf prior to checkout, and Little Guests Concierge will retrieve the items from the Renter’s room. If that does not occur, it is the Renter’s responsibility to return all items to the bell desk/concierge desk upon checkout; all crib rentals or other rented items must be clearly marked with the Renter’s name using the materials provided by Little Guests Concierge.
Usage of Rental Items
All Equipment is used at Renter’s own risk. Renter assumes any and all responsibility for the Equipment while in Renter’s possession, whether or not used for the benefit of Renter and those in the Renter’s custody and control. Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Little Guests Concierge LLC, and its members, officers, shareholders, owners, operators, agents, and employees from any, and all, claims arising from Renter’s use, operation or possession of the Equipment, and whether or not such use, operation of possession of the Equipment was for the benefit of Renter and those in the Renter’s custody and control. Renter agrees that Little Guests Concierge LLC, its members, officers, shareholders, owners, operators, agents, and employees will not be held responsible for any damage, injury or loss, including death, arising from the setup or use of any Equipment or the failure of the Equipment to function as intended by the manufacturer. Renter is responsible for reading the manufacturer user manual to ensure proper use of the Equipment.
Renter shall be liable for any and all loss, theft, damage, permanent staining or destruction of rented Equipment. In the event the Equipment is lost or damaged (including permanent staining) while in possession of Renter, Little Guests Concierge LLC will invoice Renter the cost of replacing or repairing the Equipment using the same payment method provided for the reservation.
Renter agrees to comply with all safety precautions in the manufacturer user manuals or other written instructions for use provided or available to the Renter. Little Guests Concierge will regularly monitor for any product recalls or expiration and will replace products as needed to comply with safety regulations.
Renter will immediately discontinue use of equipment should it, at any time, become unsafe or in a state of disrepair. Furthermore, the Renter will immediately notify Little Guests Concierge LLC regarding any concerns that the equipment is unsafe or in disrepair.
Cancellation Policy
At Little Guests Concierge, we strive to offer a flexible cancellation policy that recognizes unexpected disruptions to travel plans can be a natural part of life with little ones. Any cancellation that occurs 48 hours before the reservation start date will receive a full refund of the deposit paid. Cancellations that occur within 48 hours of the reservation start date will be charged 50% of the total reservation amount (which is the deposit amount).
Privacy Policy
Little Guests Concierge LLC is committed to respecting the Renter’s privacy and we recognize the need for reasonable control of personally identifiable information. Personally identifiable information is any information that is associated with the Renter’s name. Little Guests Concierge LLC provides this Privacy Statement to make the Renter aware of our privacy policy and practices and of the choices the Renter can make about the way information is collected and used. Once the Renter chooses to provide us with personal information, please be assured that it will only be used to support the Renter’s customer relationship with Little Guests Concierge LLC.
Little Guests Concierge LLC will not sell, rent or lease any personally identifiable information to other companies and will not share personal information with a third party company without the Renter’s permission. Unless we have permission or are required by law, we will only share the personal data provided with other Little Guests Concierge LLC entities and/or business partners, who are acting on the Little Guests Concierge LLC privacy policy contractually and through confidentiality agreements.
Data obtained through the short code program will not be shared with any third-parties for their marketing reasons/purposes.
Little Guests Concierge LLC strives to keep personally identifiable information accurate. We will provide the Renter with access to their information upon request. To protect the Renter’s privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify identity before granting access to personal data. Information Security
Little Guests Concierge LLC is committed to ensuring the security of the Renter’s information. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of personal information when setting up an account.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
